Set within the iconic Yarra Valley, the Domaine Chandon Homestead has been carefully restored and reimagined to respect its heritage while elevating it for a modern hospitality experience. The project strikes a balance between preserving the character of the original residence and introducing bespoke joinery and finishes that bring a new layer of sophistication.

Throughout the homestead, detailed timber joinery was central to the transformation – from the handcrafted bar and tasting benches to custom cabinetry and concealed storage that enhance both form and function. Natural materials, subtle lighting, and finely detailed trims were selected to complement the existing architecture, creating a seamless flow between old and new.

The fit-out celebrates Chandon’s reputation for quality and craftsmanship. Every element – from the joinery profiles to the selection of finishes – was designed to embody elegance, durability, and timeless appeal. The result is a space that honours its historic foundations while offering guests a polished, contemporary venue to enjoy the Chandon experience.
