L’Occitane Block Arcade

The Yarra Valley Commercial team rose to the challenge completing L’Occitane Block Arcade fit-out in a short time-frame delivering a stunning result.

The New York Design Agency, School House provided plans that demanded custom-made pieces crafted with unique materials.  The internationally designed circular units were made from curved steel as well as the curved wall arches made from timber veneer.  The scalloped draw fronts were all crafted onsite at the Yarra Valley Commercial Melbourne Factory.  Tarnished brass formed the LED lit shelving.  Additionally, a specialist painter joined the team to creating a rendered wall finish using product sourced from Italy.

The custom-made water feature is one of the most noteworthy features of the install.  The metal spun bowl was hand-crafted and is complimented by a timber turned feature as well as internationally sourced tapware.

Deliverables included CAD Programming as well as inhouse production of all bespoke joinery items. Yarra Valley Commercial project managed the entire process.
