Maintenance Requests

Yarra Valley Commercial has been in the commercial construction industry since 1985. Director, Scott Emery, and our Project Managers combined have over 100 years of knowledge and experience in this industry and have built over a thousand projects between them. In response to client demand, we launched this portal to service the maintenance and minor works arm of the business.

Maintenance and minor works can include:

Professional cleaning, sterilisation and a fresh coat of paint
Repairing or replacing those non essential fixtures and fittings
Polishing and/or recarpeting floors
Reconfiguring backroom and storage areas
LED lighting checks and replacements
Refreshing and/or resurfacing counters, doors etc
Workplace safety checks
Upgrading Hardware
