The space features custom-built joinery, including elegantly curved seating and tailored cabinetry, bringing a sense of artistry and permanence to the interior. Warm, earthy tones in timber and terracotta pair with soft, ambient lighting to create an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Textural details—from artisanal plateware to hand-finished glassware and natural linen—layer the design with tactile charm, making the restaurant feel both elevated and effortlessly welcoming.

Design

Behind the scenes, equal attention is given to performance and efficiency. A purpose-built kitchen, installed to meet the demands of a high-end dining service, is seamlessly integrated with the venue’s adjoining rooftop bar and pool facilities. The layout flows naturally toward a vine-lined laneway, strengthening the connection between the interior’s cosy sophistication and the relaxed energy of the outdoors. By uniting craftsmanship, clever planning, and premium finishes, Bonito stands as a prime example of how a considered fit-out can enhance both the guest experience and the operational heartbeat of a hospitality space.
