Dagwood Deli

Located on Riverside Quay in Melbournes popular Southbank precinct, Dagwood Deli brings a taste of New York to the heart of Melbourne. It was a big plan for a small space.  All cleverly achieved with a thoughtful Sans Arc design collaborating with our skilled and creative install team.

The Design

Boasting a clean and minimal palette, the New York inspired sandwich and deli bar showcases an effective combination of hard metal structural beams, glass as well as the soft hues of timber joinery. Despite being a small area, a real sense of space was effectively achieved using the high ceilings and glass panels.  The Yarra Valley Commercial team crafted the timber joinery and custom made timber communal dining tables. Deliverables also included the stone benchtops, glass store front and curved tile wall, all which offered a comfortable contrast and interesting detail.
