MD, Scott Emery says the team have been working on securing bigger commercial fit-out projects for 2019.  The challenges and successes of Ishizuku and Domaine Chandon has seen the team acquire a taste for high end Hospitality projects.

Additionally, 2019 will see Yarra Valley Commercial making an impression in the construction space. A collection of apartments in Malvern Road, Prahran will showcase quality joinery locally crafted, delivering premium living spaces.

Ishizuku Restaurant

A favourite of ours, this is a sublime and sophisticated restaurant space.  The team at Yarra Valley Commercial proudly delivered quality craftsmanship throughout. Politix Stores and Concessions

2018 saw a refresh across 30 concession and 4 stand alone Politix stores.  This project presented as one of the years biggest challenges. However, like any challenge, the Yarra Valley Commercial team rose to it.  The multiple store fit-outs demanded exceptional time management as well as attention to detail with nothing less than a premium finish throughout.

Chandon continues…

The team took great pleasure in delivering an outstanding result for iconic local winery, Domaine Chandon in 2017.  During 2018 work continued in this idyllic part of Victoria with an upgrade to the Wine Tour Room.  The wine bottle display, feature wall paint  as well as LED display screens are just some of the unique features you can expect to see.  Open in January, be sure to check out this stylish and unique contemporary space.
